Frequently asked questions

Are pumpkins included in the ticket price?

No. Pumpkins are sold separately from admission, so you can choose the size and variety you want on the day.

How much do pumpkins cost?

Pumpkins are sold separately from admission. Prices are set once the seasonal delivery arrives, so they are not confirmed in advance; current prices will be displayed at the event.

How long should we allow?

Visit length depends on how much of the village you want to enjoy. Book your arrival slot, then allow time for pumpkin picking, activities, food and photos.

What activities are included?

Alongside pumpkin picking, the 2026 site features games, crafts, photo opportunities, food and drink, and other autumn activities.

Are rides included?

No. There are no rides as part of daytime Pumpkin Village. Marsh Farm rides are only offered as an optional paid add-on for selected Pumpkin Village Nights.

Is Pumpkin Village a working pick-your-own farm?

No. Pumpkin Village is a seasonal attraction rather than a working PYO field. Pumpkins, gourds and squashes are sourced from growers and brought together in the Village, with the focus on choice, autumn atmosphere, activities and photo opportunities.

Is food available?

Yes. Pumpkin Village has seasonal food, drinks and treats, including spooky-themed drinks and the Pumpkin Snack Shack.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Dog-friendly daytime sessions are confirmed for 26 and 27 September (all day), 10 October (all day), 17 October (3pm-5pm), and 27 and 29 October (10am-12pm).

What happens if it rains?

Dress for the weather. The official booking FAQ recommends wellies if it has rained in the days before your visit.

Does Pumpkin Village admission include Marsh Farm?

No. Pumpkin Village is separately ticketed, so your Pumpkin Village admission does not include entry to Marsh Farm.

Are toilets and baby-changing facilities available?

Yes. Toilets are available within Pumpkin Village, including baby-changing facilities and a disabled toilet.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?

Check the event-specific conditions shown by the ticket provider and contact the team if you need help with a change, cancellation or refund.
